QuickBooks support plans
Displayed support plan prices are in U.S. dollars: QB Support 6 Months — $499.99; QB Annual Support — $699.99; QB Annual Support Pro — $799.99; QB Annual Support Plus — $899.99; QB Annual Support Premium — $999.99; and QB Support 3 Years — $1,299.99. The exact service scope, start date, records required, availability and any plan-specific details should be confirmed with BookKeeping Care before payment.
Payments
By purchasing a support plan or other service, you agree to pay the quoted or displayed amount associated with the agreed service. Do not send payment-card credentials, online banking passwords or other highly sensitive credentials through the public enquiry form.
Service scope and client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and the records reasonably required to perform the agreed bookkeeping support. Timelines may depend on the completeness and availability of those records. BookKeeping Care does not guarantee a particular financial, tax, software or business outcome.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on whether support has started, the amount of work already performed, and any costs already incurred for the service.
